How to reach the city of Kalamata
Please note below the following options as regards travel details to the city of Kalamata:

a) to book a flight straight to the airport of Kalamata and then take a
taxi to your hotel (10 Km)

b) to book a flight to the Athens airport (Eleftherios Venizelos). If you
choose this option, you also need to take the bus to Kalamata. You can reach the bus station to Kalamata (Kifissos) as follows:
As soon as you exit the airport building, you take
the *X93 city bus* which will take you directly to the coach/bus station
for the rest of Greece apart from Attica region (Athens). As soon as you
reach the coach/bus station, you enter the building opposite the bus stop
and find the Peloponnese/Kalamata stand to issue your ticket to Kalamata
which costs 25 euro for one way. It takes the bus 2 and a half hours to get
to the city of Kalamata. From Kalamata bus station, you may need to take a
taxi which does not cost over 4 euro as the city is small and most of it
within walking distance. If you want us, for some reason, to book a hotel
for you, please contact us but you need to know that you may have to
communicate with the hotel yourselves and probably pre-pay an amount
exactly because of a high season possibly limited availability

c) You can also rent a car. Look for car rental companies in Eleftherios Venizelos airport http://www.rentalcars.com/
